Option 1. For Landlords

A popular option is to get a Landlord's annual gas safety inspection and certification, for up to 3 appliances. For a Landlord, this covers the required Annual electrical inspection, and certification of portable appliances. This is more commonly know as Pat testing (PAT Testing), or Portable Appliance Testing; an important part of health & safety policy. Call or email for details.

Option 2. For Landlords

We do a Landlord's annual gas safety inspection and certification (for up to 3 appliances), including the Annual electrical inspection and certification and PAT Testing, the Annual safety inspection of the property's electrical installation covering a raft of items. see checklist on home page footer section

Option 3. For Landlords

Much like with the other two options, we'll do the Landlord's annual gas safety inspection & certification (for up to 3 appliances). Periodic (five year, BS7671) inspection, testing and certification of the property's electrical installation, plus the Annual electrical inspection and certification of portable appliances (PAT) Testing.
